Club FAQs

  • There is no fee to join – just buy the wine you love!

  • Your Wine Club cost will be based on the wines you choose to receive each month for the Rosa Club or shipment for the Bella Club (at preferred member pricing) plus tax.

  • Your perks begin when you complete your application. You will be issued a membership card and will need to present the card each time you visit to receive your membership discounts and when you pick up your wines.

  • Membership applies to the member listed on the application and the member’s spouse/partner. Memberships are nontransferable.

  • If you would like to change the wines you receive, please notify us 14 days prior to the first of the month via email at info@rosabellawinery.com with your new selections.

  • You bet! Just notify us 14 days prior to the first of the month via email at info@rosabellawinery.com and let us know which additional bottles you would like to include in your Wine Club order.

  • Rosa members will be charged on or about 7 days prior to the first of each month. Bella members will be charged on or about 7 days prior to shipment in March, June, and October.

  • We request Rosa members commit to 3 months and Bella members commit to 2 shipments. After that, your membership lasts as long as you would like it to. If you cancel your membership before 3 months or 2 shipments, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • If at any time after the first 3 months or 2 shipments you would like to cancel your membership, please notify us in writing via email at info@rosabellawinery.com. Your membership will continue unless we are notified in writing via email. Written requests to cancel memberships must be received 14 days prior to the first of the month to guarantee cancellation.

  • If you would like your order shipped to you, please notify us and shipments will be delivered via UPS Ground. Applicable shipping costs will automatically be charged to your credit card.

  • We will hold your wines at the winery until the next month’s pickup unless you notify us via email at info@rosabellawinery.com to make other arrangements.

  • An adult signature is required by law for all wine shipments. We recommend you provide an address that will guarantee you receive a delivery, such as a place of business, with someone over the age of 21 present to sign for your order. Wines can only be shipped within Ohio and will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Should your wine be returned to us, you will be responsible for the original and all additional shipping costs.

  • UPS Standard Ground Rates apply. Shipping costs are predicated by your delivery address and will include the cost of the shipping container.

 
 
 

Rosabella Wine Club Membership Terms of Agreement

  • As a Rosa Club member, I understand that my wine club order will be charged directly to my credit card on or about 7 days prior to the first of each month.

  • As a Bella Club member, I understand that my monthly wine club order will be charged directly to my credit card on or about 7 days prior to shipment in March, June, and October.

  • As a Rosa Club member, I understand that I will receive the same two bottles of wine each month unless I notify Rosabella Winery to change my selections 14 days prior to the first of the month. All wine club sales are final.

  • As a Bella Club member, I understand that I will receive the same four bottles of wine each shipment unless I notify Rosabella Winery to change my selections 14 days prior to shipment in March, June, or October. All wine club sales are final.

  • As a Rosa Club member, I understand that if I am unable to pick up my wines, Rosabella Winery will hold my wines until the next month unless I notify them via email at info@rosabellawinery.com to make other arrangements.

  • I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and acknowledge that someone 21 years or older must be present for wine shipments.

  • I authorize Rosabella Winery to charge my credit card, plus tax and shipping, for each wine club order shipment, if applicable.

  • As a Rosa Club member, I understand that I must notify Rosabella Winery to update billing and shipping information 14 days prior to the first of the each month.

  • As a Bella Club member, I understand that I must notify Rosabella Winery to update billing and shipping information 14 days prior to shipment in March, June, or October.

  • As a Rosa Club member, I understand that if I cancel my membership before 3 months, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. After 3 months, I may cancel my membership by contacting Rosabella Winery via email at info@rosabellawinery.com. Cancellations must be made by the 14 days prior to the first of the month to guarantee cancellation. Any memberships canceled after the processing of a wine club order will be charged directly to your credit card and cancellation will be effective for the next wine club order.

  • As a Bella Club member, I understand that if I cancel my membership before 2 shipments, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. After 2 shipments, I may cancel my membership by contacting Rosabella Winery via email at info@rosabellawinery.com. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to shipment in March, June, or October to guarantee cancellation. Any memberships canceled after the processing of a wine club order will be charged directly to your credit card and cancellation will be effective for the next wine club order.

  • I understand that I am responsible for all costs incurred if my wine is returned to Rosabella Winery, including reshipping and address correction or reprocessing fees.

  • Shipping Policies: Any person unable to provide age verification will forfeit their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. All associated costs will be the responsibility of, and be charged to the member credit card on file. No deliveries can be made to a P.O. Box. Rosabella Winery only ships wine within Ohio.

  • Rosabella Winery will never sell your email or shipping address information. All credit card information and addresses will be stored in a secure location and protected. Addresses will only be used for shipments, wine club offerings, and notice of special promotions.

  • Rosabella Wine Club member discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.

  • Membership is non-transferable. Rosabella Winery reserves the right to change or amend the wine club at any time. Rosabella Winery reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships at any time. Termination of membership will disqualify you from membership perks and future wine club participation.
